I need a convertible on days like this. What is the deal with the GA governor combining church and state? Isn't that unconstitutional? He is an idiot.

Yes it is true, our govenor Perdue, along with some ministers PRAYED for rain today. Several people are outraged! Southern people could care less, but folks around the country and supposedly all freaked out about it. WHO gives a crap? Well I kinda understand, separation of church and state.

Separation of church and state indeed!
I am a christian, but this still bothers the hell out of me. Separation of church and state is one of the fundamental principles that this country was built on. If we let this slide, what's next to go? Right to free speech maybe?

But you gotta give him some credit. He planned this for the day before the forecast says it's supposed to rain. I think we don't have anything to worry about separation of church and state. It's Kurt Mellish we need to start keeping our eyes on....
Lsixer: This is all in response to the drought we're having. Yes, it's turned political, between two other states that are fighting with Georgia over who gets what water, and the advocates for some endangered mussels who think the water should go to them, and developers who sometimes don't always plan properly.... it's kinda ugly.
The worst part is (and to move this away from politics and back on topic), I haven't been able to wash my car since I bought it, so it's now Polar Grey. :(
