Can you order a new M3 yet?

I'm busy talking to the guys at BMW, and they say that my M3 will start at a base price of about $62000.... but no final confirmations yet

I'm not sure if it's true but I have heard some murmurings of base M3 Sedans with non-metallic paint without M-Drive MSRP'ing at $56k.
Seems pretty low to me.
