I'm Hal. I recently purchased a 1991 535i. It's a little tattered around the edges, but it runs great and will clean up really nice. I really wanted an e34 with the "big six" and a 5-speed, and this fit the bill!

Exactly, plus they are damn cool! You'll see my daily beater but I will be improving it as soon as I sell the e36. I have wheels and lowering springs plus an e46 m3 style bumper for it but have not gotten to it yet. I have many projects and plans ahead for my rides just need more time to implement them.

I live in Douglasville and have a '98 Cashmere Beige 740i and a '99 Polar White 528it Wagon. The wagon is my wife's regular transportation. I figure she'll be showing up on the board before long.

We are newbies to the BMW craze. We traded in our MINI Cooper and Ford Explorer on these two a few weeks ago. We finally decided to listen to Dave Ramsey and get out of the car payment business. I still love the MINIs though and plan to get one to mod and play in once we save up the money to pay cash.

I just met you yesterday at the BMW gathering. I knew you looked familiar. I remember being behind a blue M5 on Holcomb bridge about 3 or 4 months ago. I was in my light blue Lotus Esprit. You gave me the thumbs up as I passed by.

I have since sold the Lotus and moved to the BMW world. I look forward to participating in car events.
