Value of Euro 323

Hi,

I have an opportunity to buy a 1983 323 with approx. 30k miles. All the writing is in German, speedo in klm…

It was brought to US via Europe back in the early 80's. 6 cyl, 5sp, 4 w disk, dark green, original wheels...

Car is in excellent condition. A lot of documents, records, history...

It is a beautiful car and runs real strong. Any input on the value would be much appreciated.

Plus is there any down side, like parts availability?

I will post pics when I get it. It may take a couple weeks or so. I am trading construction work for the car.

I think forums are cool. I have a Chevy diesel pick-up and I am on a forum for it as well. Once I get it I will post pictures.
