I have know Martin for a long time, he is a heck of a nice guy. I have also known his Biturbo Si for years. Martin takes really good care of the car. His dad also has a Maserati. He keeps the car inside and I wish I had the room to buy it, because I would. I would buy his car if I had a place!! DANGIT!! You need to go drive the car and talk to Martin. You will be sold after the drive.

I knew I spelled Maserati wrong. I never heard of this car before that day, I'm looking on the web to learn more about the car.

You can basically ask me anything about Ferrari or Maserati. I've had 5 Maseratis in my life, I know them well. The best Biturbos to buy are the 87 Biturbo Si or a 89-90 228 coupe. I had a 87 Biturbo Si in Modena Gold, in fact here is a pic of my old Maserati. I loved it, it was fast as HELL!!

Only if you buy the wrong car. Just find one that has been maintained properly and you are good to go. Parts are readily available. I think a Biturbo is a great way into Italian exotic car ownership. I can help you find parts, and find a wrench to work on it.
I never had any problems with my 87. It was very very fast. Infidel went for a few rides in my Biturbo before I sold it.

Where can i get parts? He told me a place on line but I didn't write it down.
Need to look up cost of items that are missing so it can pass emissions.

I once owned a Bitrubo when they first were introduced. It had many nice features and we enjoyed it. Those were the days when "Elan Motors" on Peachtree was the Maserati dealer and they were good to work with.
I attended the Flashback show and saw the Biturbo, but did not drive it. From outward appearances it seems well cared for and a good buy. I really wish I had taken the time to drive it for old time sakes.
Incidentally, I sold my Biturbo to an Iranian who attended Georgia Tech. When we test drove it his driving scared me to death as he appeared to be a very erattic driver.
About two months after he bought it I received a visit from the Dekalb Police. Seems the guy was driving too fast on Memorial Drive and missed a curve and went over the sidewalk almost hitting several pedestrians and left the scene. Someone got the tag and our efficient Dekalb County government had not yet taken it out of my name.
I gave the officer what information I had and that was the last I heard of my Biturbo or the fellow from Iran.

There are several places to get parts, Lenny Celeberti is one guy in California with enough Biturbo parts to keep all of them alive for years. He is in Hemmings Motor News. You can also get parts from MIE in Seattle, WA. Always Biturbo parts on ebay too.
