We're going to have a portion of the dining room reserved at 5:00pm (for 25 people), and we have permission to rope off a portion of the parking lot for about 30 cars. They're also giving us a 15% discount.

Ok guys (and 4ngie), it's crunch time!
T-minus one week and counting. Lets get this ClubBimmer meet #2 moving!Call your bimmer friends, call your neighbor with the E30 that he hasn't driven in 2 years, call your boss with the 740Li, tell the guy at the grocery store in the cool E46 Dinan 3. Tell anyone you find sitting between 2 roundels to come.
Even if every single person who has RSVP'ed shows up for this thing we can still fit like 10-15 more people, so start spreading the word. We have seven full days to take this thing from the same size as the last meet to a least double in terms of number of people.
I'm telling everyone who comes through the Global Imports service dept that has a single mod on their car, or an even semi-rare BMW about the site and about meet #2. If all 20 or 30 of us local Atlantans can get 3 or 4 friends to show up this thing could get huge in to time.
I'm excited, and I'm sure you guys are too. This is gonna be pretty cool.

last night was indeed a great time. i really enjoyed seeing everybody and their cars, of course! also, as mitch said, those gyros were incredible!!! i never would have pegged "birdies wings # 3" as a place for that type of culinary bliss.

Yeah i live about 5-10mins from Mitch I guess the Woodstock Roswell area. The next meet might be in the Roswell area close to Roswell road and Mansell.

How old is your child?

He's three, which is a really tough age for taking him anywhere. If they're younger they just stick with you. If they're older, they listen to you (so I'm told :) ). At this age he's in his own world, so even if they allow kids we wouldn't necessarily bring him with us, but I just wanted to know our options.

They do allow kids, but I'm not sure how much fun he'd have there. It's kinda like a game room with go-karts on the side. I have a 5-year-old.. if you decide to bring him, I'll bring Grant and maybe they can have some fun together. :)

My vote is the 29th because we're unavailable the weekend of the 8th (family holiday party). But go with the majority, if we can't make it to this event we'll make it to the next one because our weekends are generally free. This time of year is tough for getting everyone together.

not too far at all, only about 15-20 mins. i've actually been there before - i went about 2 years ago, took an old girlfriend of mine and we had such a good time. only thing was that it was rather expensive. i ended up spending about $100 for the two of us just to drive (and for that stupid licensing fee), not including the drinks, food, games, etc. turned out to be quite a pretty penny for one evening, but nonetheless it was fantastic. so was later that evening - but thats another story.

you see, im very sensitive about my tail. when i was a child, my parents made the right decision, although somewhat controversial at the time, to remove the extra 2 legs. i finally had the tail surgically removed last week. this was one of the last times i took a photo with it. it was really difficult to match it with certain outfits, and all my jeans have a post-anal hole. it was annoying, but i dealt with it - and im glad i finally got rid of it.

Ha! I see the problem, it didn't match your hair color so something was fake (either your hair or your tail) so you probably got a lot of crap for that. You know, stuff like "your tabby roots or showing" or whatever. Good decision!

I know that sinking feeling of being black flagged at Road Atlanta for aggressively passing one of my best friends during a beginner's driver's ed. We laughed about it later, but it sucked at the time. Had a blast!
