A good friend of mine is looking for a car, and she needs to buy something by next week.
She wants another e36 (had a nice 328is before).
Here's what I'm looking for:
6 cylinders
2 doors
4 gears
2 pedals
$4k or under. I already checked the local CL stuff, so no point in posting those.
Must be dependable (Her b/f is quite possibly a homosexual, so if this thing breaks I'll most likely be fixing it. lol)
Think some along the lines of Mitchy's 325is.
Thanks in advance gaiz.

Those douchebags always came to Global for parts. What a bunch of scumbags. I wouldn't buy a newspaper from those people, much less a car.

They would always come into Global needing parts for cars, but not wanting to spend any money. For instance, with a 7 series that needed a full headlight washer system due to a front bumper replacement, instead of buying the entire system to properly repair the car they would just buy the nozzles that go on the bumper to cover the holes. "The customer won't notice until they get it home anyway. It's sold "as-is."
All those places are the same. They buy garbage cars from the auction, put as little money into them as possible, just enough to get them to run and appear to be taken care of, and then sell it to some unsuspecting bastard for 3-4X as much as they paid for it. They're all scam artists.

I didnt know they did some $**t like that. I knew they pulled some stuff like that, but buying parts to make it look good. Thats wrong in so many levels.

All of the small used car lots do it. The only car lot that I can say ever actually sold any used BMWs that are worth a sh!t is Select Luxury Imports. Besides them, nobody EVER bought maintenance items.
