Yeah, but she's mediocre, and she'll definitely get a lot more attention than drifters who are 30 times better than she (who rightly deserve the attention) simply because she's attractive and can give a decent back rub . . .LOL!

Look, I'm sorry to be a downer on the thread, the video is awesome, the chick is hott, but it just kinda pisses me off that she'll have 100000 times the breaks and publicity of people who are actually better drivers. Dave Jones, Shawn Smith, drivers that trump her best day on their worst days . . .

I dunno . . .it's just so f*cking hard to get a break in motorsports, even when you're excellent. Halston knows of this as well, as he said "When you're good enough for people to pay you, they will."

But she's barely holding it out there and she'll be damn near idolized because she bleeds every 28 days . . . .

This is very true, but of the reasons being is that she also helps to get other girls into the sport wich I think is awesome. Yea shes not thee best but if she brings in a crowd that means more oney wich in turns means more money to help sponsor other drifters wich also helps make the sport bigger and better.

maybe not the fastest but rather watch her go slow than any of you go fast.

That's not what I'm referring to at all. You missed my point entirely. What's the point of going out there and busting my ass to get better and better when all I have to do is be a woman and bam it's instant notoriety.

Trust me, bro. I give credit where credit is due. The girls of the drift team Drifting Pretty, are very good drivers and can slide with, if not better than, the rest of us. The ladies of Project Girl Drifter, namely Amy and Amanda, are extremely impressive as well. These girls know how to kick butt. What I'm getting at is that this Hungarian girl, although she CAN slide, isn't anything out of the ordinary for drifting and I wouldn't even put her in a class of great drivers . . .she'd be about average for an experienced drifter.

Spoken like a true American. Forget the driving skill, if it's got boobs, I'm gonna go watch that. No offense to your wife, it's always fun watching the ones we love, especially the women in our lives, enjoying what we enjoy. But to watch someone do horribly at an event just because they're a woman? I would expect more from someone with your prestige.

I can't speak with any knowledge of drifting, but I do know the most important ingredient in racing is not talent or sex appeal. It'sMONEY

You want a break in motorsports, get yourself a big 'ol pile of it. If you are lucky you'll get out with a little left.

This is the Danica conversation moved to Drifting. Sex sells and everyone is buying. At the end of the discussion Reynard is correct. Money is the key. Most of the drivers in the world of motorsport pay to drive not the other way around. I read two years ago that the biggest sponsors for the bottom two teams in F1 were the drivers. Only the top of the top get paid to drive.
