any by "extra", you mean $30,000. No thanks.

That's a beautiful car, I actually like it a lot, but I don't have 30 g's to blow on an essentially useless garage queen vehicle.
And I just so happen to know that it costs like $4,000 to have the carbs rebuilt on one of those cars, and that's if the dealer can even find you 2 carbs.

I would buy it and put an LS2 in it, just to make EVERYONE upset . . .

Most of the time I'm quite a fan of frankenswaps, but I might have to chop you in the neck if you did that.

Philip: "Yo"

Dave: "Hey duuude, guess what?"

Philip: "What's up man?"

Dave: "Remember that old Bimmer I bought?"

Philip: "Yeah"

Dave: "I just got through hooking up the wiring harness on it's new engine"

Philip: "Oh sweet! M50 . . S52?"

Dave: "Nah bro, LS2!"

ROLFCOPTER!!!

I'd still chop you if you put an M50/S52 in that car. That's one that needs to stay original.

Dude, I almost rolled out the bed laughing at that Batman POW!

Yeah, I'd let you chop me in the jank with a frozen Talapia sideways with the teeth still in if I butchered a car as original and collectable as that.

It is cool, I guess, but I would never own it. I could not stand to have a car like that that I couldn't mess around with. The only way I would ever get a car that old/collectible would be if it was a vert that I could cruise around in.

WOW that car is clean, I'd like to see the car in person, but I think the price is rather steep...... By about $15 grand!
