ECU reinstall

I had to send the ECU from the M3 off to Bimmerworld to correct a glitch. The fixed, reflashed and shipped it off quickly.
When I get it back and reinstall it is there anything special I have to do?

Make sure to disconnect the battery before you start, it should be relatively easy to do once you get it back.
