Does anyone know if...
1)S50 Headers will help my m50?
2)And will they fit?
3) or will aftermarket Headers help the M50?
I don't want to pay over $200.00 for aftermarket ones.

Good luck finding any S50 headers for less than $700. Unless you luck out and find a used set they pretty much don't exist. Actually there is an overpriced set of used long-tube S50 headers on Bf.c for something like $750 right now.

If you want a small upgrade grab some obd2 S52 manifolds. One of the better manifold designs BMW offered over the years.
