Someone hit My e30 and ran =-(. [Archive]

I was parked outside the bank today making a deposit and im guessing someone backed into my e30 and ran off. I did not notice it till i stopped by school to pick up some work. They front bumper cover is cracked and the panels on the bumper cover are a little scuffed up. Does anyone have a bumper cover or know where I could get one for fairly cheap? I really appreciate it guys. Here are some pictures of the damage. I love this car and am looking to repair it soon . :( How can you hit an e30........

hahahaha I didn't wreck it. It was hit i wasn't even in the car. Strictly German said they didn't have any and they are hard to get. I got a guy on Rev that might hook me up. :luxhello:

I already put euro impact strips on it. Nothing wrong with what he has it is just broken.

That sounds kinda pricey for just a bumper cover. If it has good AW paint I'd say go for it, but if you need to paint it I would try to find a cheaper one.

I'm sorry, I misread your post. I thought you said it was $145 plus shipping.
$145 shipped isn't too bad (not great either), even if you have to spend a few bucks on paint.

Lets get to the meat of this thread. You got screwed be some jacka$$ who cares nothing about cars, humanity, or karma. You are taking it like a champ. This happens to the best of us. At least you have the right attitude. Most bad things that happen to cars lead people like us to upgrading anyways. Best of luck witht he repair.

I'm tryin, I love that car to much just to little hit and run ruin my ride. Put a lot of time and effort why not a little more for someones screw up :luxhello:. Thanks for the support guys.

He replaced that car with his M3. Don't know if he got that car fixed, but I know that it is for sale.

I did not fix the 325is, and it is for sale. The first $1k in my hand takes it.
It has 270K miles and it runs, but needs some sh!t fixed from the wreck. Would be a great donor car for an E30/M50 project. 5-speed, no LSD.

It has a dinged wheel from hitting the curb, slightly bent tie-rod end. The interior is not great: typical E36 crap. Braaaand new rear tires though. The brakes have less than 10K on them too.

Absolutely, but it would definitely need an alignment and possibly a new outer tie-rod.

The a/c works, but could use a charge. It blows moderately cool air. It does have a fully functional sunroof though. I changed the entire cassette.
