I mean I even find it kind of lame that I have thousands of dollars in snowboarding gear and deep cold gear for the one week long trip I take to Snowmass, CO a year...

Yeah, I lived in Puerto Rico for 4 years and brought them here. I didn't buy them here, that would be retarded.
But I generally drive to the beach once or twice a year and surf. Not this year though, working at Global put me in enough debt to cancel any hopes of a vacation. :cursing:

I've been surfing since 98. Never been to Ca, but I have surfed just about every good spot in Puerto Rico, including a few that aren't on maps, a few spots in the USVI, all over Florida, and of course my favorite-the Banzai Pipeline, North shore Oahu.
I love it.
