BMWCCA Concours at Kurts!! 9/13/08!

Every year the BMWCCA has a wonderful event at Kurt's German Restaurant. Its a great time, the weather is usually perfect for a Concours! Hope to see you there for lots of Bimmers and great beer!!

Like really. Never.

I have sampled and tired pretty much everything. My dad was very liberal or letting me try whatever I wanted. None of it taste good and none of it is certainly worth 4+ dollars or all be damned 8+ dollars for a single drink.

Plus I know how much money I have saved and I will retire early off it ;) My money market and bonds and stocks thank me! Along with my body.

I will prolly be a chump and put my 84 318i in. I did it last year. I don't expect to win because it is what it is. But I do get pleasure in seeing people look and say they havent seen one of these in decades. Then they see the 300k odo and walk away scratching their heads. It is a lot of fun seeing all the cars.

I had both my cars there last year. Parked next to Gary Becks M5. Won nothing. Still a great day. Bruce did a great job running it.

I missed the show due to a conflict with work. Turns out people lose keys and need vanity plates while I am trying to enjoy what I work for. I usually enter ( and never win). Someone Please post pics and winners. I know the usual crew wins. I wont mention names......(They all hold offices for the CCA.) Anyway, Someone help a brother out!

it was my first time there as well and first time entering a car show with any car I have owned. It was a lot of fun and I will definitely try to be more prepared for next year :D

Why would you think that would offend anyone? That car is beautiful. When talking with many there they indicated it was really great looking so I would think you are just in agreement with most if not all there.

Just remember thinking one car looks great doesn't diminish how another car looks. You can have 25 great looking cars in one spot. I really thought all the cars at this concours looked great...but then I'm in love with BMWs period:kiss:

That hellrot E30 M3 was absolutely spotless. The spare tire well was polished and shiny. It had some non OEM parts and detailing, but that thing was LOVELY!
