Hey folks. I got my 2008 335i in January and i've put 7500 miles on it. Just love this car. I've been on three road trips and it has to be the most fabulous car I've even owned or driven. Only one weird thing has happened so far. We were in the Ozarks and I let the valet at the hotel part the car. When I got it back there was a "Check Control" message. It said that the "pinch sensor" was not working for the sunroof. When I tried to open the S/R it would only open an inch or two and it took three or four attempts to get it closed. When I got home I took the car into BMW of Dallas and they said the S/R software had lost its configuration. ... Has anyone ever heard of such a thing. I was really surprised. They told me how to fix it if it ever happened again.
