If you wish to come out to the drive, it's being held next Friday from around 9am-4/5pm. From what I hear, there will be an M3 there.. not sure. However, we do have an M3 coupe and sedan in stock now!

You might want to rethink that. I'm not positive, but I think there are indeed curves on the Drive for the Cure route.

I'll be driving the Z-4 Roadster on the tour, dick, and the Mustang is capable enough to get us there safely, it's not a BMW in the turns, I've said that already, but it'll hold it's ground long enough to get us there and back home.

Is there a way to pre-select a car to drive? I registered but I couldn't figure out how to get to the list of cars.
There's a certain E90 M3 that I've got my eye on.

Yeah, it's on the page that you go to when you register, it should have asked you to pick 2 cars to register, I was either going to get the Z4 roadster or the Z4 Coupe, LOL! Figured I might as well drop-the-top if I'm going to be "cruising".
Does anyone know the format of this? Is it like one of those things where you drive around a block for 8 hours? Or can I like go get some chicken, LOL!

Well, from past experiences, there's usually a driving loop a few miles long. You complete the loop, return the car, get another as long as you want/cars available. Not sure if that's changed, or if you get to "keep" the car for as long you want to keep driving the loop?
In a somewhat related note: Stopped by Nalley BMW/Decatur to pick up a part and they had a super nice BlueWater (or whatever the equivalent color??), with Red Novello(?) seats. That thing was sweeeett!! Sticker with options; NAV, Metallic paint, upgraded stereo, IPOD, etc., was $67K!!

Hi all-I have done the Drive for the Cure for the past 5 years at various BMW dealers around GA. SO glad to see support coming out again this year. You get to pick once you are there if you didn't already get to when registering. You go around the street loop (noted with a map they give you). You come back, and have the choice to go again or pick another car and go again, or stop. There is also food, there was free t-shirts several years, and raffles to benefit the cause. I started doing the drive in college, and wondered how BMW ever got anyone to buy cars with this event. Now, I am on my second Bimmer, and am a true fanatic! I will be at the Roswell event on Saturday! Hope to see some of you there!
