My new 335i coupe has arrived at the dealership, and after a long wait, delivery is (finally) scheduled for next Friday.
There's over EIGHT FEET of snow piled up around here; weather reports call for freezing rain, ice pellets, and another 10 - 12 inches of snow Wed., Thurs. and Friday. The car has Sport Pkg., with 19" Potenzas.
Dealer absolutely refuses to let me sleep in the showroom until I pick up the car and take it home.
Is he being unreasonable?

Need a waterproof tent, with at least 100,000 BTU's of heat!!!!!
And some way to find the lawn under all that snow!!!

Ha-ha! Maybe if you offer to sweep or other light cleaning while you're there, he may change his mind. Wow, I would be just as excited as you are. You probably can't sleep at all. Make sure you show us your new toy as soon as you get the first picture snapped. :icon20:

Will try and get a picture before I swap out the 19"'s for the snow tires...of course, since the new car has run-flats, I haven't quite figured out how to change them over without a jack!! Might just be time for that hydraulic floor jack I've been lusting over........
And, of course, Mr. Friendly Dealer wants to charge me labour to install my (mounted on rims) winter tires at delivery!!!
Sheesh!

Id tell em to go shove it. Thats dumb. You just spent a lot of coin at their place and will probably keep going back considering IIRC there is only one BMW dealer IN Toronto.

Absolutely unacceptable...YOu should be able to sleep in front of it on the ground just in case power goes out so you can throw a blanket over it...Congrats though man, i'm jealous...

Gary I am so excited for you!! Yep, you should rent an RV and camp out in front of the dealer. Then you won't have to worry about the snow! :)
I cannot wait to see it!
