My left quarter panel has some oxidation and its causing it to fade. Anyone know any way to stop this, or if a body shop will paint just one panel?

I am a purist. and have a history with this car. Call John at Hot Wheels. He wont hurt you. This was in it's early stages. It went to bare metal.

You might just get away with a high speed buffing. I've had excellent results.
