New Head Units?

I want to get a new head unit for my E46 because the one i have skips perfectly good cds, and i cant plug my ipod into it.:( but i cant find Any good ones. Does any one know a good website or place to go to in the northwest atl region for head units?

I was considering the same but I love my steering wheel controls...You will lose them if you updgrade your HU.
