Need help ASAP

SO i totaled my car and got an offer for my car. Insurance will not cover my Dinan exhaust and INtake because they are so close to the cost of a stock replacement (thanks BMW). My question is, Will my Exhaust and intake from my 325i fit on a 330i? Sorry for a newb question, just haven't had a chance to research as I'm "working". Any advice is greatly appreciated. If not, Is it worth buying replacement parts and trying to sell the Dinan parts?

It will fit, but the stock 325i exhaust will give the 330 less power. The 330i uses what basically is a 325i Dinan exhaust aka E36 M3 debaffled muffler

I would be putting my Dinan exhaust on my 330. Is it pointless to try to track down and buy the stock 325i parts in order to put them on my 330? How much will it really benefit me, if any at all?

Just put a flowmaster on it cheapest way to go.

You can get differant DB levels. My son has it on his V6 Camaro sounds sweet.

Philip has heard my e28 and its a mellow sound, My e36 is louder it has catback exhaust.
