This appears to be a JCW package '06 MINI. If so, and it hasn't been wrecked, this is a very good deal. Almost like the dealer doesn't know what they have. If anyone wants a trackable MINI, you might want to take a look.

Holy ****! They definitely don't realize it's a JCW. That would be like finding an M5 at a dealership being sold as a "5 Series sport package" for $40k.

Our MINI guru (screen name MINIGURU) on AtlantaMINIs says that is an Alta air diverter on the stock intercooler. Other than that, it looks pure JCW. Seriously, if anyone has been looking to buy a MINI, this is a fantastic deal assuming you don't find it has been wrecked after checking the VIN.

"I had a friend pull the CarFax report. Don't know if these things are reliable, but according to the report, as of 12/18/07 Toyota Mall of Georgia took ownership and serviced it. It has been owned by just one person. It was purchased by this person in Georgia on 5/16/06. Evidently this person has a September Birthday because they have renewed their registration twice in September.

According to Carfax there has been no body damage or repair of any type. According to them the vehicle is completely guaranteed to not to be a salvage, junk, or rebuilt, and mileage is guaranteed to be accurate. No accidents reported at all. The warranty is good for 29 more months or 29,633 miles.

My father in law has the nicest, lowest mile JCWs Mini around, and its for sale!! He has like 1900 miles on his car.
