Well, my complex isn't in D-ville, but it's pretty nice. And it's only abour 15 miles from you.

David, just go buy a house. It will end up costing you about as much as renting an apartment, PLUS you get great tax deductions, and the place is yours! DO IT!

But if you had a house, you'd have a garage for your cars and tools. This is the perfect time to buy a house because buyers OWN the market, dude.

Wanna buy ours? We'll throw in a shed full of yard equipment at no extra charge. :luxhello:

I knew what price you wanted to rent, but I thought you'd pay a little more for a garage, a brand new shed, a fenced area for your puppy.....

Come on, you know you want to be a homeowner!

It's true. When I called USAA for the M3 loan they told me that i am pre-approved for a $150,000 home equity line of credit. I didn't even ask. :confused1:

I couldn't pay for it! I have no idea why they'd approve me for something like that. They know exactly how much I make and they know what my expenses are.
