Oh yeah Jon, I meant to tell you (as Tim noted above) about the CDs we got. They're excellent and they're already on one of my iPods that's dedicated to my treadmill (takes some pretty special music to get added to my exercise mixes!). It's really great, thanks so much for the recommendations!

I just finished installing new Strut Tower Defenders from Craven Speed on the MINI. The MINIs have a tendency to have mushrooming issues on the strut towers, so these plates are a must for anyone who wants to avoid costly alignments problems down the road. Installation was a snap:

First, remove the existing nuts from the strut tower bolts:

Then, add the bolt extenders provided with the plates:

Fit the new plate down over the bolt extenders:

Add washers and new nuts:
