According to Butler Tire and my reading up on the issue, I need to get the thrust arms replaced on my 540i.

Can anyone suggest a good shop in the north Atlanta metro area to do this?

Thanks!

I had my clutch on my '88 528e done there and Bill and the guys did an awesome job! It is worth the drive and I live 40 miles away. Stay away from not going to mention name german shop in Norcross. They will rob you blind.

Not everybody is up to the challenge. I did mine for the first time on my last E28 and will be swapping those parts over to the "new" E28 in the near future.

+1 For German Car Repair! Alan, Wael and the rest of the guys over there are great!

I would at least go and get a second opinion on your car before you just get it done somewhere else.

Could be a tire wearing wrong, bent wheel, out of balance............there are a ton of reasons why your car could be shaking.
