yesterday i was in a pinch.
We installed a new VF-Engineering super charger kit on one of our customer's 330i.and for the new GIAC software to be uploaded without issue,we needed to make sure that the ecu had the latest available stock software.
Philip and the boys squeezed our car in late last night for a morning delivery today,so we could proceed with the installation.
Funny thing is,i still haven't even met Philip face to face.I contacted him via Mitch from these forums, whom i've know for about 8 yrs.
Even though they were booking out 'till friday, they made it happen.
In a world where folks are so quick to throw a shop or dealer under the bus for what they DIDN'T accomplish,or how they screwed something up,i wanted to thanks those involved here,in a public forum, to see what nice service they provided

Thanks alot Philip !!

Glad to help a fellow Club member.

And for the record- that car was bad ass.
What kind of short-shifter was in that car? It had the most positive feeling throw I've ever felt.

Nice Philip! Global has had it's share of slaps in public over the years. Nice to see you guys getting some good pub!

We're under new management. The old management didn't exactly look on performance shops in a very nice light, and I want to do anything I can to establish a good working relationship between our dealership and the aftermarket.

Nice! Quality is what many dealerships need and it's also what many dealerships lack. Good job Phil! Apply at Gwinnett, we'll pay ya well :)

Wait, what do you do again? :confused1:

Philip,

Thought I'd report that people are having positive experiences with Global's service over on my MINI forum as well. Something that has not happened for a long time. Kudos to whatever you guys are doing!

Awesome!
It doesn't make sense but we've always had one of the best customer service survey scores of any dealership in NA, but we always got burned on the net. It's really good to see that turning around.

When I take delivery of my 135i, there are some items I would like that are not in the US configure.
(going to look into having http://www.donjacobsbmw.com/delivery/delivery.jsp Should be fun)
