It's good news for consumers, too, since what they were proposing sounds like it would result in even more gasoline formulations that would be needed depending on the state, the time of year, the weather, and the friggin' alignment of the planets..... result? of course higher gas prices. Which of course would in turn be blamed on whomever the media hates at the moment.
