So I'm reading more about my Bavarian babies when I stumble across this interesting looking car . . . .when I find pictures and information about the Z1!!
What an interesting looking vehicle, I thought . . .
:luxhello: YAY!
I yelped in elation . . . my excitement quickly grew to unfounded levels.
"A cousin to my Miata, a small, two seater, roadster from Bavaria!! WOOT!"
I'm reading . . . . more . . . . .more . . . .more . . . .
WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!
I was turned on completely by this vehicle, it's quirky looks (I like quirky), it's interesting features (I like interesting) and it's setup . . . I like se. . . . .well . . .you get my point . . .
Anyhow . . .I get down to the curb weight . . . curb weight, for those who are wondering, Curb weight is the total weight of a vehicle with standard equipment, all necessary operating consumables (such as motor oil and coolant), a full tank of fuel, and not loaded with either passengers or cargo.
This car is a freakin BOAT! Oh my Lord! I mean . . . .what the heck is in it that makes this car so dern much?
Then I read the features . . .
"oh" I said solemnly and quietly with the shy reserve of a struck puppy, "that's one heavy cousin"
I didn't much care for anything after that point . . .television seemed an annoyance rather than a source of entertainment and the mere thought of performance-inspired driving seemed a distant remnant . . .
*sigh*
Talk about a bubble buster . . . .
