Lucky for him it happened in France! At least he can still drive everywhere else. I wish we had an 85 mph speed limit here.

Going the speed limit on I285 is extremely dangerous.
You'll get either rear-ended or shot.

I don't remember ever going below 90 on 285 when I lived down there.

Remember that movie those college kids did last year where they went the speed limit (55) all the way around the perimeter? That was hilarious.
