Chuck Norris?

Ok, ladies. Our section has been pretty quiet lately so let me ask you if you get this whole Chuck Norris thing. There's a thread about it and I just don't get it. I asked Mitch about it and all he can tell me is that Chuck Norris is a legend on the web. Is this a man thing or am I the only one who doesn't get it?

Hey Julie! I think it started as a joke and turned into one of those things that gets passed around all over the web and just gets bigger and bigger. I think someone posted on his Wikipedia page (or some other user-edited site) some crazy made-up facts about him, and other people started doing the same and the "facts" about him became more and more outlandish. With his encouragement, of course.

I'm not a huge fan of his types of movies or tv shows, I think he's a little bit of a cornball. But I love how he plays along with the whole "Chuck Norris facts". And I love how Mike Huckabee picked up on it and made an hilarious political ad. It's just one of those things that is so stupid, it's funny!

He is typically made fun of for his horrible acting and poorly put together stunts. Conan OBrien makes fun of him all the time on his show.

Now that I have said this I will probably be roundhouse kicked by he and Mike Huckabee when I go to vote.

Its a Philip thing, He was bored at work and it just took off. Everytime I see the post Chuck Norris kicks me back in to read more. I think it needs to be closed because to much laughing.LOL
