Now that is one big hog. We've got a few of those running around up near my dad's place you can take a shot at when you come for the fishing trip.

Back to the original topic, my other hobbies include golf, electronics and music. I used to hunt more when I lived in Kentucky, but lost my hunting partner when I moved south and just never got back into it. I like muzzleloaders.

I'll take a smaller hog than that any day of the week. When they get too big, they don't eat very well.........

Well, my daughter really takes up most of the time I spend outside of the office. That little girl owns her Daddy and she knows it. And, my wife's business is exploding, so I spend a lot of time simply being there to help out wherever I can.
I used to average about 20 miles a day on my mountain bike...pre-baby. My house is an ongoing project, when I'm not maintaining I am fixing and renovating.
I LOVE camping. There is a group of us (about 20 of us) that have 5-6 big camping trips across New England every summer. It's just me, no wife or daughter, and it's what I do to get my head straight after a busy and cold winter. It's car-camping, and all about relaxation, eating well, and getting fawked up around the campfire. Oh, there's some hiking and rafting involved too...when we aren't too messed up to stand or paddle.:wet:
Lime Rock Park is my home away from home in the summer time. ALMS is my favorite type of racing and I try to get to every race I can with my Dad. He's had me at the track EVERY summer since I was a baby, be it drag racing or road racing.
This summer, I hope, is when I start the garage-mahol. I will build it with my Daddy's hammer. :icon18:
I grew up on a 500 acre ranch in Northwestern Montana, we hunted and fished for our food as a way of life. And skiing was an everyday event. I haven't done much of either since. When I have the time I hope to get back to that as well.

David,
point taken, although this is the "Off topic" forum. How do the other members & Mods feel about this?
I make no apologies for what I do, neither do I feel that I am out of line here.

Hey everyone, I like guns too. In fact I love guns and have several myself!
David, he means no harm. Sorry you were offended. I am an animal lover too, but as long as hunters use the meat, I have no problem with it.

Dead animals aren't my thing, but I don't care if you post pictures of hunt trophies like you did. I can see how some people could be squeamish about it, but as Alan said this is the Off-Topic forum. A successful internet community such as Club Bimmer needs an Off-Topic forum because, while our main focus is BMWs, we will inevitably become friends and will naturally need an outlet to discuss things that are on our minds.
At the risk of being blunt, if a person doesn't want to talk about non-BMW subjects, then that person should stay out of Off-Topic. We're all friends here and nobody meant any offense.
Now, Play Ball! ;)

I'm a huge hockey fan. I'm at just about every home Gwinnett Gladiators game. I'll be at the Arena tonight to see play the Florida Everblades. I'll go to a Thrasher game every once in a while, but it's such a pain to go to Philips. Plus, Waddell is an idiot.

Noooooo,,
really, I'm a real softie:). We do, BTW, hunt for the table. I'm not a sport hunter or trophy hunter, I just enjoy good, hormone & drug free wild game meat.

As you all can tell by my other posts. Big time football and car crazy nut. Computers and have to admit it I even have an x-box 360 elite. Good food and wine, I will travel more then an extra mile to find.->One thing I can not stand is to hear about a great place just to get there and the food is on the same level and a mcdonalds.
I use to hunt and go fishing a lot. Just got tired of to many people stomping about in the woods, and dimwits in power boats running all over the lake.
As already stated this is off topic so post up pics of the dead critters. Cooked up right some of the best eating you can have.

My hobbies and interests are a bit more girly than those already posted (with the exception of Julie; I like a good hockey game myself and we used to go to games when we lived near Lexington KY).
I like scrapbooking, but I haven't had much time lately. Mostly it's organizing the pictures that takes the longest.
We will be homeschooling our son, so one of my hobbies is learning all I can about learning! And teaching, and state homeschooling regulations, etc. However, I am of the school of thought that you begin teaching them the moment you get them home from the hospital, so I've already started homeschooling already even though I'm not required to officially declare his status until he's 6 years old.
And I'm also in the process of losing weight, so I'm rather obsessed with that already. I'm down 22 pounds and have a lot more to go.
Cats, computers, my car, Playstation, and crows are some other interests.

Ender: Wow, cool tank! I know how much work those are to take care of. I think the whole clownfish/anemone relationship is fascinating. Do you have any puffer fish?
EnderM3
12-08-2007, 12:59 PM
Not anymore, used to have a spotted puffer way back in the day. They are one of my favorite fish, but they would eat the coral and shrimp in the tank.
The biggest trick with reef tanks is spending the money up front to get the right stuff, if you do it really isnt that much work. You just need to know what you want out of it and how much you want to spend and adjust the size accordingly(not the other way around)

Thanks to both of you, whenever you are ready to learn let me know! We can start a Clubbimmer breakdancing crew:icon18:
Funny thing is that i kinda have a double lifestyle! One in the corporate world where none of the people i know in those circles have a clue that i do what i do in the entertainment community! I think it's kind of funny since most people who saw me in a suit and tie would never recognize me (and would think i was going to mug them!) if they saw me dressed down at a hip hop club......lol.

I compete in car shows most of the year. DUB, HIN, etc... and a lot of local shows.
I go to the gym religiously, though you'd never know it to look at me. I do 24-48 miles a day in spin class.
I own a mountain bike, but I rarely get to ride it.
Other than that, I'm usually online. I'm active on about 6 car forums.
