Anyone know how I can get the original Window Sticker for my e28?

I found a place in Bimmer magazine but the site was down.

I don't know how to go about getting the factory window sticker, but you can fill out a form for BMW Mobile Tradition and for get an original purchase certificate for $90 that includes all information that BMW has on the build/delivery of the vehicle. I have the order form as a PDF posted on my website which includes the address to send it to, etc. if anyone is interested.
