Braves offer Mike Lowell?

So apparently the Braves offered MIke Lowell a contract? I don't know that we need him? The yankees are trying to sign him and move him to first, we have Texerria at 1st. If they keep him at third what about Chipper? Chipper going to announce his retirement?

As a big Red Sox fan, I concur. The Braves don't need him and now that A-Rod appears to be going back to the Bronx, we need to make sure we re-sign Lowell.
