Sweet car. Are you going help out on the Winery drive? We have other shops helping out. Bring your 6er or 5er 0n the drive I like the cars.

Can't make the drive, unfortunately:( I will, however, donate a case (12 quarts) of BMW 5W30 synthetic oil to be raffled.
The 6'er is about to have the engine & tranny removed for freshening up, complete brake o/haul & tons of cosmetic work. There may also be a turbo in the works:icon18: if I can get it past the boss...... (My wife) :rolleyes:

Oh wow that is an amazing car. I've always loved the Ruf cars. I met Louis Fubare (sp?) years ago at a Targa 66 Club meet at Roebling Road where they had the Yellow Bird. I've wanted a Ruf car ever since! Thanks for sharing!

This is the only one that Louis Ruf built with a sunroof. It was built from a body in white purchased from Porsche & has a Ruf VIN#. It is not a conversion car. Its the last 993 CRT2 Turbo produced.

I just looked at the pictures again, but this time noticed how the engine deck lid opens. it is more like a 959 than a plain ol' 911/930. incredible.
